Shipping & Returns
Delivery within the UK is usually the next working day after receipt of your order. Orders placed on a weekend including Friday should be delivered on Monday or Tuesday.

We use a secure carrier so all deliveries will require a signature.
We advise that when trying on our footwear you do so on a carpeted floor to protect the sole and leave label tags attached.
All Michael Azu footwear is carefully quality inspected before being shipped from our factory.
Returns that are damaged, soiled, stained, scuffed or returned without the original box, ribbons and tags may not be accepted and will be returned to you.
Please ensure when returning the parcel that the Michael Azu box is protected using the carton and packing material it was original shipped.

The shipping charges you will incur through returning an order are as follows. (This will be deducted from the total of your refund, rather than charge your card again).UK: No Charge - FREE

To return something to us, please use the Return Label included in your shipping box. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will assist you on arranging a pickup for your return.
You can exchange your original purchase for an item of the same value, in a different style, colour or size within 14 days by sending it back to us. Please contact us by email at email@example.com clearly stating what style, colour or size you would like to exchange it for and we will deliver this to you free of charge. Exchanges are only possible for items of the same value. If you would like an item of higher or lower value then it is best to return the unwanted item to us requesting a refund. You can then place a new order online for the required item
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the credit card or original method of payment.
Should you require a refund you need to send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receiving your items. The cost of returning the items to us is incurred by you unless stated as FREE. Products must be sent back by registered post or courier service. Refunds will be made to the card used for the original transaction and delivery charges if appropriate. Refunds will be processed as soon as possible and within 30 days of receiving the returned item.
