Shopping Information
How do I buy something?
Making a purchase at Michael Azu is simple: pick the item which you would like to buy, select your size and click on the “ADD TO BAG” button. You can continue shopping and adding to your bag or click on the shopping bag icon (top right) to complete your order and “CHECKOUT”. This will then start the delivery and payment process. How will I know you have received my order?
When you have placed your order we will send you an email acknowledging that your order has been received. This does not mean that we have accepted your order. When your credit card details have been checked and approved and the delivery address been verified and the item(s) are in stock, then your order will be accepted and the item(s) shipped to you. If any of the items are out of stock you will be immediately notified and your payment will not be processed.
What if my size is Sold Out?
All items are in stock unless an item appears as “SOLD OUT”. Please note that even if an item is in your shopping bag it can still be bought by another customer until you have completed your order. If an item is SOLD OUT, click on the Style Description Title below the SOLD OUT image, this will take you to the style detail page. Here you can use the NOTIFY ME box to enter your email address and we'll tell you when we have more stock available.
How do I login or retrieve a forgotten password?
You can register or login by selecting the login icon in the menu at the top of the web page. If you have forgotten your password, select Login and you will be prompted with "Forgotten your password?" Select this option. Here you can enter your email address. We will automatically send you a new password to your registered email address which can be changed to one that you will remember.
Is my personal information kept private?
Please be assured that your personal information is kept private and confidential and we will never rent or sell this information to third parties. Please see our PRIVACY POLICY for full details.
How will my order be packaged when it is shipped to me?
All items are beautifully and carefully packaged in Michael Azu luxury keepsake boxes and wrapped in ribbon. We suggest you always store your shoes in the boxes to help protect them.
Orders & Payment
Is buying on-line safe and are my credit card details secure?
Your credit card information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption. We follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards. All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
No. You do not need to set up an account to place an order with michaelazu.com, if you prefer, you can simply add items to your shopping bag then checkout as a guest.
However, setting up an account is very easy and it allows you to develop your own personal wish list and review your order history. You can also be added to our mailing list where you can receive information regarding limited edition new products, priority reserve lists, sales and promotions.
How much import duty and tax do I have to pay?
All product prices shown are inclusive of UK VAT.
If your destination is outside the EC then you are liable for all import duties, customs fees and any other additional charges as the recipient of the goods. We are unable to advise you what that amount may be.
How will I know you have received my order?

MasterCard, American Express debit and credit cards. You can also pay with PayPal.
How do I cancel or change my order?
You cannot change or cancel your order once it has been shipped. If you wish to change or cancel an order prior to shipping please contact us at customercare@michaelazu.com

How do I return something?
All returns are FREE. To return something to us, please use the Return Label included in your shipping box and arrange a pickup for your return with our courier. We advise that when trying on our footwear you do so on a carpeted floor to protect the sole. All Michael Azu footwear is carefully quality inspected before being shipped from our factory. Returns that are damaged, soiled, stained, scuffed or returned without the original box, ribbon and tags may not be accepted and will be returned to you. Please ensure when returning the parcel that the Michael Azu box is protected using the carton and packing material it was original shipped with.

Do you deliver to hotels?
Yes, we can deliver to your hotel.
Do you deliver to PO boxes?
We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Can I track my order?
As soon as your order is shipped we will email you a Tracking Number where you can monitor the progress of your delivery. We use a secure carrier so all deliveries will require a signature.
